José Carlos deSouza Jr. (born July 3, 1971) is a former international swimmer from Brazil, who participated at the 1992 Summer Olympics for his native country. At the 1992 Olympics his best result was the sixth place in the men's 4×100 m freestyle. He claimed the gold medal in the same event at the inaugural FINA World Short Course Championships in 1993.
